Ever wondered if prayer was worth it? Have prayed time and time again with no answer? Do you ever wonder if God answers your prayers? Many believers including myself have felt this way or asked one or two of these questions. There are times that it may appear that you pray and pray but still get no answer. However, you can be sure that no prayer of yours is wasted. God listens to your prayers and it delights Him to hear from you.

A couple of months ago, a friend asked me to pray for her. She asked that I pray for her because she felt God wasn’t listening to her. She thought God was mad at her and so wasn’t listening to her. You need to persist in prayer even when you’re not getting answers. Know for sure that God answers prayers and in His time He’ll make all things beautiful for you.

Matt 21:22

And in that day you will ask Me nothing. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you. "Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full. John 16:23-24

"For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. "Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. Mark 11:23-24

For the eyes of the LORD are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their prayers. 1 Peter 3:12a

The LORD is righteous in all His ways, Gracious in all His works. The LORD is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth. He will fulfil the desire of those who fear Him; He also will hear their cry and save them. The LORD preserves all who love Him, But all the wicked He will destroy. Psalm 145:17-20

The LORD is far from the wicked, But He hears the prayer of the righteous. Proverbs 15:29
